Some simple measures can help reduce the symptoms of OSA, such as:

  • Weight loss
  • Avoiding alcohol in the evening
  • Sleeping on your side

However these measures do not always resolve OSA.

OSA Treatment
PAP (positive airways pressure) is an effective treatment for Obstructive Sleep Apnoea. PAP therapy prevents upper airway collapse during sleep by providing a gentle flow of air through the upper airway, allowing you to breathe freely.
